This Friday is the day that George W. Bush is supposed to sign the Port Authority Bill into law. At that time PartyPoker will reveal their procedures for American players to withdraw their money as well as put any restrictions on Americans playing on their site. It will be interesting to see how the online sites restrict Americans.

Full Tilt Poker has decided to allow Americans to play on their site until congress comes up with the exact rules and regulations for American financial institutions to ban online gambling.
